Dani Kahil’s mission is to help individuals achieve a shared understanding of requirements and transform those into simple and productive solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
In his experience, having a shared understanding of requirements delivers significant cost and efficiency benefits, helping you avoid miscommunication, stress, and rework throughout your project.
Over the past 15 years, Dani has implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE solutions in multiple countries. He specialises in guiding companies to better articulate their needs and translate those into simple, clean solutions using Microsoft Business Applications and Dynamics 365.
He has a special interest in mastering requirements and solution envisioning for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
A few years ago, he went through his first failed Dynamics CRM implementation. This difficult experience led him to research why some projects fail while others succeed. While there are many reasons for project failure, through his research and experience, he is convinced that a shared understanding of requirements is key to delivering better projects by reducing miscommunication, stress, and rework down the track.
Dani made it his goal to help individuals implementing Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform reduce misunderstanding and avoid burnout caused by stress and rework.
Since October 2020, he has been a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), a recognition that reflects his passion for sharing knowledge with the community.
