Balazs Horvath

Balazs Horvath is the founder of VisualLabs, a premium Microsoft Partner delivering Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM implementations, Power Platform solutions, and data and BI projects for international clients across the US, UK, and EU. With 13 years of hands-on experience across the Microsoft BizApps stack - including Big Four and global SI roles - he leads a 30-person team that helps mid-market and enterprise organisations get more from their core business systems. Building on that delivery experience, Balazs developed proprietary frameworks like the VAD Method and AI Readiness Scorecard to help companies move from AI ambition to agents in production - grounded in the ERP, CRM, and data foundations that make it possible. He is a regular speaker at Power Platform and AI events across Europe and hosts the AI Readiness webinar series.
