Jakub focuses on governance, strategy, and architecture. Whether it's assessing maturity, defining ways of working, or building tailored frameworks, he works closely with both business and technical teams to translate needs into solutions, uncover risks, and establish clear roles and processes.

As a Microsoft MVP for Power Apps, Jakub enjoys sharing practical patterns, sometimes writing, sometimes speaking, and contributing to community learning. He also led knowledge-sharing initiatives like Tech Talks and promote design thinking to drive innovation and cross-team alignment.
