Michael Vakoc

Michael Vakoc is a product manager in the Power Virtual Agents team based in Redmond, WA. His charter is business model and licensing implementation as well as onboarding and bot management experiences. Before working on Power Virtual Agents, Michael worked on Microsoft Teams and Skype's PSTN offering. Outside of work, Michael enjoys the pristine nature of Washington state. He particularly enjoys cycling, hiking, and skiing in the surrounding mountain ranges.
