Welcome. I am a pleasure to be here. Thank you for your invite. Mark is a pleasure to be here to, to talk with you. And this is my first year as an MVP in Microsoft. She's so many events, so many events occurring. In my career is is, is wonderful. Is is a dream come true for me. Thank you very much for your invite.

00:01:37 Mark Smith
So tell me about the area of technology. You you're doing most of your work in right now?

00:01:44 Danilo Nogueira
Great to know. Uh, I'm working in Microsoft Copilot for now. Uh. Working in adoption in your customers, in targets in cloud target. We started using copilot on I think October of 2000 to. And it's 20. Three and it's I I I I making a joke with our customers that we take their first train of Microsoft when Microsoft well for our partners partners will will create a thing right here called copilot you want to come with us I convince all my directors. All my CEO, all people, the financial team, the all the people were all on call targets to take this journey because I when when CGT starts in the world something like that, the first videos on you. Hope I ask for my wife. I I I, I I stay in in my, in my, in my, in my, in my, in the, in the, in the in front of TV from 3-4 days seeing all the videos about AI because. When I see that, Oh my God, this will change the world. I in the customers we I they go compare the the the AI with the electricity or the OR the Internet the the the the when the when the Internet become in the world always the change always stay like electricity we the electric. See was what was created for I think and then using the from now in laptops and refrigerators and TV and cell phones and everything and in in in the beginning was not that but in the in the Internet for example is through. Communicate 2 computers in the university and you will have social media or have YouTube videos. We have communication right now in Internet and I think the AI will. We will take this same. I don't think it's the. It's the beginning too low. I will ask for something. And you they I will answer will answer I think. But I think I will. So far from from that or the the beginning is. I think it's a wonderful thing. For example, in teams in teams, premium from now, from my colleagues for example the, the, the, MY colleagues now talk in English, I think only 5 or 6 people in. In English in. Uh, more Michael. Is. Very interesting people in know everything, but when uh, Microsoft presents something in English is about, here is a wall from that. And when you use the the teams premium and premium translate in the real time. The the meeting is fantastic for, for, for, for them. Because uh, now they understand everything that they're talking in English in real time. I know I don't need to translate everything to to my. Colleagues, and this is only the beginning of the in work and everything that will work, I think the. They are so important. Uh, in the work for all people, because I think we will. Transforming totally the the form that we work from now. Because we must chew. Uh, learn. Work with AI? We are. We will not substitute.Us, but we must know how work with AI. I I believe in everything on this.

00:05:59 Mark Smith
So how do you help people learn to work with AI?

00:06:06 Danilo Nogueira
Yeah, I create right here in Brazil a terminology. For example, how to ask for a copilot, for example, from the beginning, the people is so difficult to people know. How can I ask for copilots to copilot to? Uh, answer me the the right thing that I and right in Brazil with the 3-4 leaders, 4 leaders, Key POC key in Portuguese is Cairo like I want you talk. What? What? You want the P is UH-4 like 4 is in Portuguese is para. What do you you ask for what? What you want in in a IPPO? Where in Portuguese is where you want to know. About that's a question in teams or in outlook or in your uh SharePoint library or OneDrive you ask. Where in the final, the most important is how the in Portuguese is como like the letter C how can how you want the answer in a table? How like a guy with 1010 years or in Portuguese. Or in English, or in so short phrase, or in so many words you talk in to, to, to AI. How you what in. I transmit to everything the the right, the the right. Uh way to talk with a guy and asking not the correct, but the most assertive to to ask to AI I think is the the best approach. That we talked to the customer base and users about the copilot.

00:08:10 Mark Smith
I like it. I like it. Are there any situations or scenarios? Workloads or use cases that you see that. If you like your favorite ones. For example, my favorite one is to transcribe a call in teams. And then and then afterwards I write a lot of prompts with that call, and when I say a call not a call with somebody else, just a call with my. Self so I just I just who talk for like half an hour, all my ideas and then I will prompt it to go. Can you put that in a nice structure? Can you or can they turn that into a blog post? Right. And it will take all my ideas and I say, you know, don't take away my voice, don't use my examples. Exactly as I gave them, and it formats it all up. Really. You know, good for a blog post as an example, and I might say like you were talking about there, what format I want it to be. You know in bullets or or you know question and answer format. I choose that as the output from it. So for you personally, what's your favorite way of using copilot? Or maybe your your top three favorite ways that you use copilot?

00:09:34 Danilo Nogueira
This question is like what's your favorite use of free? City. It's the same question I are you. I use electricity in my phone, in my refrigerator, in my TV I use electricity in everything. You must use A to use AI in everything too. My favorite it's it's so difficult to answer really really really because.

00:09:41 Mark Smith
Yeah, yeah.

00:10:00 Danilo Nogueira
I I I'll, I'll, I I hear a phrase that make me think the AI don't create AI generate. Is. Is the. Oh my God. Is. Is, is afraid that you say, Oh my God. It's really because when you try for example in charge for example generate a image of of for the that they have a picture. Please transform this picture in like. Are symptoms, for example. The the the AI will not transform this. No, you will not create this picture is is generate this picture in a different way and. The the I. So many reasons I love to generate contents in copilot copilots. For example in Excel. I believe this. It's. A. Huge potential, but Microsoft teasing is only the beginning. Is and I understand the reason because security is the principal reason Microsoft is be like baby steps to OK let's let's let's grow in this way. For for word, for PowerPoint, for teams, but I think it's per point. Uh, Excel have tremendous potential to use an eye, for example, to consume. The data and transform data without leave Excel. For example, when I try, for example, do a consult for example or another another formula, I must to go to the YouTube for example YouTube. Please how can I create or how can I? Do this formula. OK, this is my favorite YouTube. Let's let's see your video and I forgot totally my job. No, let's concentrate in the focus on on excelling is important. Phrase that I here in the MVP summit that occurs to two months ago. AI and copilot will transform your work, but to your to focus on what is really important, AI will do the rest. The the, the, the, the. All the other things you focus. On the real focus on the people, how can I for example manage my team? How can I update for example a code for developers? How can I analysis a table in Excel for example 2 but? I think the the the most important thing of all of this is AI will help us to focus in the very important things for us in the work.

00:13:09 Mark Smith
Excellent. Do you come across any resistance from people? In your work to using AR.

00:13:17 Danilo Nogueira
Every, every day. Every day, uh, it's so difficult. No, it's not difficult. Uh, because. Uh. I think these people don't see the potential. Is, UM. It's a problem for the for for these people, these people that don't see the potent. Because, Oh my God, is in your eyes. What the person who are doing with AI nowadays with generating images, translate videos, help people to work. More efficiently, uh, and I think the when I talk with these people. I concentrate in the in the result, not the. The journey, for example, because it's so important for the people when, when, when we make adoption, for example, in a customer, the journey, because we must to know what is compared to, must to know how compelled to work. He's face by face. It's a bit like a baby steps, but for the people that don't believe in the potential of AI, I all I jump directly to the results to the right. The return of investment to. See the the HR people is doing interviews more fast. Uh, so many more faster that before because in the uh in the interview I will the the people will ask to the teams and if these candidates will. Feet. The opportunity, for example, is is perfect for HR people. For example, I believe in this.

00:15:14 Mark Smith
How did you become a an MVP in Brazil? Like, what was the process for you?

00:15:18 Danilo Nogueira
Yeah. Ah, it's I work. I work in Microsoft product Science 2009 2009. And I see every person, so many persons in my in my job becoming MVP's and is. Every every. Every time that I see the. The benefits that the people have in the sea advances. This news about the products. Oh my God, I want you. I want to become my MVP. So interesting for me. But it's not. It's not. It's not difficult. But for me, I I love church because I become. MCT in 2002. And I teach so many people, I think for more than 10,000 people, I I I form like SMCT and I don't have time to. Make videos for YouTube or, uh, do blogs, write in blogs and I was. UM. How can I say? Don't have time to write to contribute. How can I want? To to engage people I love to teach, I love to say to the to the people how everything the things works, but for. To become MVP, I must do more. I I was, I think is also is a is a nominate so important to to miss. Important to me is dream is a dream come true when I. When the the the the trophy uh become right here I I I I recorded a video. I don't know if you if you see on my YouTube it translates to English to see I cry because. It's it's fantastic for me and it's uh, it's uh Is Very Honored to choose B MVP and contribute in and. And to nominate 2 and when I for example when I when I enter in the in a meeting with the customers and when the customers see they have you. That you use RSVP the the conversation the the the talk the the, the the meeting totally changed because OK your MVP. OK let's let's talk about you know I think you know OK let's talk about everything is the the the the the the conversation totally change is fantastic. Nominate for me.

00:18:41 Mark Smith
